When printing a Prospect Research Report within ResearchPoint the following error is received
Error: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt
To resolve this error:
Close all internet browsers and ResearchPoint
Click on Start in your system tray
Browse to Computer > Local Disk > Users > [Username] > AppData > Local > Apps
Delete the 2.0 folder
Launch ResearchPoint
