The information that displays on our website pertains to the products associated with your default organization. For example, you can download software updates only for products your organization has. If you are associated with more than one client organization, you can change the default associated with your record in your profile to access information on its behalf.

Your browser is holding the web page in cache. You can change your browser setting to refresh the web page on each visit to prevent the issue of the page not updating to the correct information. To change your browswer setting follow the steps below:

In Internet Explorer:
  1. Select Tools, Internet Options, General tab.
  2. Under Browsing history, select Settings.
  3. Mark the checkbox Every time I visit the webpage.
  4. Click Ok to save this setting.
  5. Click Ok to exit Internet Options.
In Firefox:
  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options.
  2. Select the Privacy panel.
  3. In the History section, set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
  4. Select the check box for Clear history when Firefox closes.
  5. Beside Clear history when Firefox closes, click the Settings... button. The Settings for Clearing History window will open.
  6. In the Settings for Clearing History window, click the check mark box next to Cache.
  7. Click OK to close the Settings for Clearing History window.
  8. Click OK to close the Options window.
