This issue occurs when users try to access ResearchPoint using Internet Explorer 9.

To resolve this revert to Internet Explorer 8 or use the IE tab in Google Chrome or Firefox.

To revert to Internet Explorer 8:
  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.  
  2. Click the link that reads "View Installed Updates".  
  3. Find Internet Explorer 9 in the list and click the Remove or Uninstall button.
  4. Follow the prompts to uninstall the update.
  5. Reboot the workstation.
