There are two reports that will need to be run in order to obtain this information. There are other reports that you can run to get this information, but this is the best report(s).

First Report:

1. Navigate to Communities > Advocacy Center
2. Manage the Action Center
3. Go to Reports > People > All Action Center Contacts
4. Set your date range > Click Next
5. Select all the fields you want
Note: Make sure to select the Segmentation, First Name, Last Name, and other contact information.
6. Submit > Finish > Run Report then export to excel

Second Report:

1. Navigate to Communities > Advocacy Center
2. Manage the Action Center
3. Go to Reports > Detail > Activist Action
4. Click Finish > Run Report then export to excel

You can now combine the two report using excel.
