After establishing the Player Limits Maximum Field of Players for a Kintera Golf event in Blackbaud Sphere, the Sphere administrator realizes that no more players can be added into groups or as individuals. After trying to enter a new record, admin receives message that there are "No player slots available".
This is typically caused because the player max has been reached. To confirm, you can run the Group Listing Report. Its total number of transactions should match the max through Kintera Golf > Registration:Player Limits Maximum Field of Players.
This cannot be changed once the event is active.
You may, however, reduce the sponsor slots to free up more slots for players. The total number of players are divided amongst sponsorship and reg packages.
