Complete the steps in the order listed below until the issue is resolved:
  1. Locate the Deploy Folder.  Within the deploy folder, locate the Deploy.ini file and then right-click on the Deploy.ini file, select Properties and un-mark the Read-only checkbox and click OK.
     
  2. Ensure the Windows account that is logged onto the computer has Full Control permissions to the Deploy.ini file.
     
  3. Ensure the System account has Full Control permissions to the Deploy.ini file.
     
  4. Copy the Deploy folder to the Desktop of the workstation and install the patch manually by running BBPatch.exe.  The BBPatch.exe file is located within the "Patch" folder within the Deploy folder.  When the installation is finished, then verify and/or update the Installation Source in the registry on the workstation to point to the correct Deploy folder on the server found in Step 1 above.
