- From Transactions > Transaction Search
- Enter the criteria to search for the transaction
- Click Search
- Once the transaction has been located, click the ellipsis > Resend acknowledgement
- Enter the Recipient email address and modify and Reply to address or Subject lines if necessary
- Click Send acknowledgement
- From account management > Email acknowledgement settings
- Click Edit email acknowledgement settings
- Complete the required fields
- Check mark the option Send virtual terminal acknowledgements
- Click Save
The email will look similar to this:
From: DISPLAY NAME [mailto:FROMADDRESS@domain.com]
Sent: Monday, June 06, 2016 9:09 AM
To: Recipient Email
Subject: Receipt from [Organization Name] for $2.00 (USD)
Dear CARD HOLDER,
This is to confirm a transaction from DISPLAY NAME.
