If installing the plugin on a new Windows machine, follow the steps below to resolve the error:
  1. Logout completely from the Blackbaud application.
  2. Using an Admin command prompt (Search: CMD, right-click CMD and select Run as Admin)
  3. Un-register the plugin DLL (ex: Regsvr32 /U SourceToTarget_[site id].dll).
  4. Using the Admin command prompt re-register the DLL.
    • 64-bit Windows:%systemroot%\SysWoW64\regsvr32.exe (ex: C:\Windows\SysWoW64\regsvr32.exe SourceToTarget_[site id].dll).
    • 32-bit Windows: %systemroot%\System32\regsvr32.exe (ex: C:\Windows\System32\regsvr32.exe SourceToTarget_[site id].dll).
If the steps above fail to resolve the issue, completely uninstall the plugin from the Windows Control Panel and re-run the plugin setup program using elevated or administrative privileges.
