Profile updates for email opt-ins do not process

When a Raiser's Edge linked user opts back into email after opting out a profile update is generated but doesn't process in the Raiser's Edge plugin. Instead it gives the message that there is no difference in the record and removes the profile update.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.
