Error: Data cannot be saved. Post date must be in an open period when attempting to change a Pledge's post date.

When attempting to change a Pledge from Do not post to Not posted and selecting a Post date that falls within the last Fiscal Year of the accounting system in place, a user may receive:  Error: Data cannot be saved. Post date must be in an open period when attempting to change a Pledge's post date.  This only occurs if the system date on the server/workstation falls after the end date of the last Fiscal Year for the accounting system being used.  The Post Date being selected already falls in an open Fiscal Period. 
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. 

Work Around:  Create your next fiscal period.  This will allow you to make the change successfully.
