Deleted newsletter appearing on Email Preferences form

Once a newsletter is deleted from NetCommunity, it should no longer appear on the Email Preferences form. 

Click Chat with Support and reference this article. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to the site as a user with supervisor credentials
  2. Navigate to Emails > Newsletters and notice there are either no newsletters listed or less than showing on the Email Preferences Page
  3. Login with a user account that is linked to RE
  4. Access the user email preference page
  5. Notice there are more Newsletters than expected
  6. The Newsletter existed at some point but has since been deleted from BBNC
  7. There is no way to delete the ghost newsletter from the BBNC
