Please follow the below suggested steps until the issue is resolved, noting the application server you are accessing when the issue is occuring:
  1. Ensure that you are attempting to print from a Citrix compatible printer.
  2. Attempt to print your desired items using the Citrix Universal Printer.
  3. Follow the steps on How to troubleshoot Printing Issues in Blackbaud Hosting Services.
  4. Reboot the machine, log back into your hosted application, and attempt the print job again.
  5. Attempt to print to a different printer that is compatible with Citrix.
