An organization can edit their Sponsorships for a Kintera Thon event in Blackbaud Sphere by searching for them in Manage Initiative Records in the Bookkeeping section of their event. After an organization searches for the Sponsor, clicks Edit, makes their changes and clicks Save they receive an Unexpected Error Message.
