The message appears because Blackbaud Payment Services (BBPS) credentials are not correct in the BBMS web portal. In order to resolve the message:
  1. Click onto the message and enter the updated Blackbaud Payment Services (BBPS) credentials
  2. Click Test updated credentials to ensure a successful connection
  3. If the connection is successful, click Save.  (If the connection is not successful, re-enter the BBPS password until your connection is confirmed)
