Follow these steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Verify the Raiser's Edge version is 7.91.5056.0 or higher.  Select Help > About The Raiser's Edge from the menu bar at the top to verify the full version number.

  2. Open the constituent's record and verify that the correct Country is selected for the Primary Address

  3. Go to Config > international, open each country that could be populated on constituent records whose credit cards are being processed via Batch.  Make sure that the ISO Country field is populated with the appropriate country. Save and Close the country (even if no changes were made).

  4. Go to Config>Tables>States and review each State Entry that has been added beyond those that are hard coded in the system.  Use Table Clean Up to remove any Invalid State Entries to make them correct.
