Relationship Filter on Community Foundation parts does not display

When clicking on the "Create/Edit Filter" button on a part such as the Fund Summary part, the screen does not open for editing.  A pop-up window begins to appear then vanishes.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.

 6.41.537, patch 8
 Community Foundation Parts 6.45.4.0
