To ensure that your data remains consistent between NetCommunity and Raiser's Edge, it is important to follow the correct procedure when making any manual changes to Fundraiser data in Raiser's Edge. Examples include changing which solicitor should be credited with a donation, removing donations, changing the team to which a solicitor is assigned, etc.
1. Login in to the NetCommunity plugin in The Raiser's Edge 2. Process all transactions in the plugin starting at the top of the list and working your way down, making sure to not leave any transactions unprocessed 3. Manually synchronize the fundraiser a. Login to the NetCommunity website b. Browse to the fundraiser page and edit the fundraiser part c. Click the "Synchronize Now" button d. Click "OK" for the question "Are you sure you want to synchronize right now?" e. Once the synchronization has finished save the part 4. Make any manual edits to the fundraiser data in The Raiser's Edge that need to be made 5. Manually synchronize the fundraiser again (follow above steps)
