No option to add a new constituent record for potential duplicate records in constituent batch, when using smart client

When importing new constituents into the database via a constituent batch, depending on match settings users may receive exceptions for potential duplicate records:

"This constituent might be a duplicate.  Click here to view."

When using the smart client, the only option when users click on this exception is to update an existing constituent record.  There is no option to add a new record.
However, in the web-based application, users have the option to either add the record as a new constituent, or to confirm the record as a possible match.


When using the smart client, do not select the "Update" option for the batch row - a new constituent record will then be added for this row.
