1. Log in to your Participant HQ
  2. Click on the Email tab, then click on the Address Book Import link
  3. Select the E-mail Service (Gmail, Yahoo, CSV)
  4. Once your contacts are populated on the screen, mark the checkboxes next to the contacts you would like to import and then click the Add button
  5. A screen with a green checkmark will display once you have successfully imported your contacts
  6. You then have the option to add more contacts or send an email
