Interaction Subcategory is not filtering properly on the Edit an Interaction Form dropdown menu

Interaction Subcategory is not filtering properly on the Edit an Interaction Form dropdown menu.  The dropdown menu is pulling all interaction subcategories that exist in the system when it should only pull the interaction subcategories associated with the previously selected interaction category.
