Mail Grade F returned from AddressFinder does not mark DO NOT MAIL in database

AddressFinder in BBEC returns a list of Mail Grades:

A = This is an accurate Mailable Address
B = Record is probably deliverable
C = This record may or may not be deliverable
F = This record is undeliverable.  Do Not Mail

The F grade is undeliverable but BBEC doesn't mark it as DO NOT MAIL in the database. This allows that address to be pulled in mailings and could result in an undeliverable peice.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
