 After installing a new environment, users experience error: The specified form was not found in the session.  The session may have timed out, or the form may have been closed. when trying to add and edit records
This was a self-hosted VM based installation.  After reimaging the server, the problem ceased. 

Please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue, which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support.
