Suspect transactions can be either Accepted or Refunded to the cardholder in the BBMS Web Portal. Transactions that have not been accepted or refunded in the Web Portal within 30 days will automatically be accepted.

To Accept or Refund a transaction:
  1. Log into the BBMS Web Portal at
  2. From the Home screen, select Suspect Transactions
  3. Click the ellipses next to the transaction
  4. Select the appropriate action:
    • Choose Details to look at the transaction further
    • Choose Accept to confirm that the transaction is valid
    • Choose Refund to return funds back the card holder
