To run this report:
  1. Navigate to Communities > Forms: Registration
  2. Hover over the form name and click Reports
  3. Select Report Type: People: Registrations
  4. Select Report: Misc: Order/Registration Attributes
  5. Click Run Report
  6. Select the date range and customize as needed
  7. Click Next
  8. Choose the fields you wish to view in the output of the report
  9. Click Finish
  10. Choose No - Run the report immediately and wait for it to complete.
  11. Run Report
    • The attribute information will be shown under the "Registration Attribute Option Value" column
