Error: The list could not be loaded when viewing receipt processes

The list could not be loaded.  Unable to load datalist.  Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
