This is related to IIS Authentication.  Anytime the fully qualified domain is being referenced by bbappfx in the error logs, a change to the Registry is required. Make the registry edit for the domain exception by following this Microsoft Knowledgebase Article (Backup Registry First).  More information about this is available in Microsoft Knowledgebase*:
