Please follow the below listed steps until this issue is resolved:
- Follow the steps in "Hosted Application does not open when clicking the product icon in the hosted environment".
- Install the latest version of FireFox and attempt to access Blackbaud Hosting Services using FireFox.
- Work with your IT staff to completely uninstall and re-install Internet Explorer on your affected workstation(s).
- Have your IT staff re-image your machine and then re-install the appropriate Citrix client.
