1. Navigate to Query and click New Query.

2. Select a Type of Constituent and the appropriate Format. Click OK.

3. On the Criteria tab, select the following criteria fields:
  • Relationships > Organizations > Organization Name not blank
  • Primary Business Information> Organization Name blank
  • There should be an AND between the filters.
4.  Add desired fields you would like to view to the Output tab.

5.  Add fields you would like to sort by to the Sort tab.

6.  Run Query.

Note: To view Individual records only, add a criteria field of Key Indicator equals Individual or change the Query type to Individual.
