The Blackbaud Sphere Connector is no longer auto-syncing and has lost the previous schedule the auto-sync was running on.
This can happen when a scheduled sync initiates but is unable to complete. Check your logs for any information that would indicate a failed sync. If you are able to sync now, reset the scheduling information.
