When processing a single item or batch of credit cards the result code of: 'Please call the number on the back of your card. Your bank requested that we do not honor this card." appears.
This message indicates the cardholder's issuing bank or credit card company did not share a detailed decline reason to Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS). If the cardholder contacts your organization, please have them discuss the intended transaction with their bank by contacting the number on the back of their card. Once the cardholder has resolved the concern with their bank/credit card company, the transaction can be resubmitted.
Due to bank security rules, Blackbaud is unable to resolve this issue on the cardholder's behalf.
