To see if there is acknowledgment information associated with this particular transaction:
  • Go to Manage Initiative Records and click edit on the record in question. 
  • Click Edit Card and Acknowledgement Information
  • You should see information in this window that lists the card(s) sent, date, person acknowledged, in honor/memory of, donor's name on the card and message.
If this information is missing from the transaction, you have two options:
  1. Since the record still shows in the Payment Details Report and is in the contact's record, you may keep the transaction even though it will not show up in the initiative report; or
  2. You can reverse the transaction and ask the donor to resubmit the memorial/tribute, being certain to include an acknowledgement.  Then, the transaction should show up in the initiative report.
