Error: Data could not be saved. Some or all identity references could not be translated when creating a new import process.

When creating a new import process users generate Error: Data could not be saved.  Some or all identity references could not be translated.
The credentials for the impersonated user have changed.  To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1.  From the administration functional area, select import
2.  From the tasks menu, select configure import options
3.  Enter updated credentials for the impersonated user
