Records are not picked up by acknowledgement process

Revenue records that are not acknowledged will not pull into an acknowledgement process.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

If you are on a later version of the software recreate the Acknowlegement process with the same detail.  Records should now be processed correctly.
