This issue is usually related to how the template was created in the Webinfo Checklist > Email Center Templates by the organization.  A couple reasons this can happen are:

1. Text was copied from another program and pasted into the Email Center Template area, which brought over behind the scenes font styles that could cause an issue when rendered in an email message.  Try removing the word(s) with issues by deleting them and manually re-entering them.

2. The template was created by the organization in an unsupported web browser for use with Sphere.  It is recommended that you only use a fully supported browser.
