Once a participant has registered, they will land in their Participant HQ. They will have two options for accessing their page. 

Option 1:

  1. Select the My Webpage tab.
  2. Click View Personal Page.
Option 2:
  1. Select the My Webpage Tab.
  2. Click Edit their Personal Page.
  3. Underneath Finish Webpage, click Submit. 


Organizations will also have two options for finding a participant's personal page web address. 

If the participant page Friendly URL feature has been enabled: 

  1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over your event and select Bookkeeping
  3. Click Manage Initiative Records
  4. Search for the desired participant
  5. Click Edit beside their name
  6. Select the General Information tab



If the participant page Friendly URL feature has not been enabled:

  1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over your event and select Website Info
  3. From the web address, copy the series of 7 numbers after the word "ievent="
  4. Navigate to the event's Bookkeeping
  5. Click Manage Initiative Records
  6. Search for the desired participant 
  7. Click Edit beside their name
  8. Select the General Information tab
  9. Click View Contact
  10. In the popup, locate and copy their Supporter ID
  11. Replace the area in the sample URL above with the event ID copied from Step 3 and the Supporter ID copied from Step 10
