Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved: 

  1. In the main toolbar of your Blackbaud product, select  File, Print Setup and select the correct default printer.
  2. Exit and sign out.
  3. Change the default printer on the workstation to something else and then reselect the correct printer as the default.
  4. Reboot the workstation.
  5. Install the latest version of the printer driver.
  6. Verify network rights:
    1. Click Start,Run.
    2. In the Open field, enter Notepad and click OK.
    3. In Notepad, enter text and try to print the document. If it does not print or if the Print option is inactive, consult with your network administrator to obtain the proper rights.
  7. Run Update/Repair on the machine where your RE is installed. (step only applicable if The Raiser's Edge is hosted in citrix by an organization other than Blackabud)
  8. Uninstall the Citrix Metaframe Client and reinstall the Citrix Metaframe Client.
