Membership benefits not associated with sustaining gifts (SG) have incorrect end dates/expiration dates.
Check the current value of the Start Date field for the activity type in question in the Activity Type Code Entry screen. Team Approach sets the expiration dates a year after the current start date unless the donor is renewing. If the start date is incorrect, you can correct it by running the Update Current Start Date procedure and scheduling it to run each month in the future. You will also need to review and fix expiration dates for current members as the procedure does not correct dates retroactively, but rather is used in determining start and expiration dates going forward.
