Check the print status
  1. In Sales, Order Search, open the order
  2. On the Sales Documents tab, verify the Ticket Template has not been printed

Check the delivery method
  1. In the Order Summary section, check the delivery method
  2. Make sure this is set to 'Pay on Arrival'

Check the Sales Method
  1. In the General section, check the Sales Method is either Daily Sales, Advance Sales or Online Sales 
Note: Group orders and group tickets are not accessible through Pick Up Tickets. To complete a group order, you click Sales, Group check in. For more information, see Group Check In.

 
Verify a ticket template exists on the Program record 
  1. In Tickets, Program search, open the program
  2. On the Tickets tab, click Add
  3. Select the Ticket Template (if one does not exist already)
