After adding a batch of credit card payments and committing it, the payments show on the records, but not in the merchant services portal.
Before a batch is committed, it must be run through the credit card processing to charge the cards. Once this is done, the authorization code (or rejection message) will appear for each transaction in the batch, which can then be committed to the records. For more information on this process, please refer to the Revenue User Guide.
If the batch is already committed, there are two options to correct it:
Charge the cards directly from the merchant services portal.
