Before a batch is committed, it must be run through the credit card processing to charge the cards.  Once this is done, the authorization code (or rejection message) will appear for each transaction in the batch, which can then be committed to the records. For more information on this process, please refer to the Revenue User Guide.

If the batch is already committed, there are two options to correct it: 
  1. Charge the cards directly from the merchant services portal. 
OR
  1. Delete the payments manually.
  2. Recreate the batch. 
  3. Set up the credit cards process. 
  4. Run the batch through the credit cards process. 
  5. Commit the batch.
