Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

Note: The following only works when just one organizational relationship exists on the constituent record.

    • Create a relationship query  with criteria Organizations > Primary Business Information equals Yes
    • Click Admin > Globally Change Records
    • Select Constituent > Organization/Business Relationship
    • Click Include and select the query created in step 1
    • In the Available Fields frame, select Organization/Business, Is Primary
    • In the Edit Change Parameters screen, select Replace as the operation. In the Replace field, select Checked. In the With field, select Unchecked.
    • Click OK
    • Click Change Now
