1. Ensure the update id mapping task in BBEC functional area has completed successfully.
  2. Check in BBIS > Administration > General .  If you are using 'enable CRM Site Security', the BBIS account will have to be linked to a CRM AppUser (the linking of CRM record is irrelevant, Site Security derives from AppUser) that has access to the designation(s) in question.  The linking will occur in CRM > Security.
  3. Try unmarking the 'enable Site Security' option, and saving.  Then, see if the Designations are visible. 
  4. Confirm that the Designation is marked as a Revenue Designation.  BBIS can't see non-revenue.
