Error: An item with the same key has already been added, when working in a Membership Dues Batch

When adding or editing a Memberships Dues batch, users may receive the error, "An item with the same key has already been added."  This occurs when the membership already exists for the constituent record.

The error message is not user-friendly.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. 

The error will now read "This constituent is already a member of this membership program and the prgram does not allow multiple memberships from the same constituent."
