If the payment was made offline, please delete it and re-enter it on the correct record.

If the payment was processed online and fees have occurred, our database team can transfer the payment for you.  Chat with Support and reference this article. 
Please in clude the following information:

  • Current supporter's name
  • Current supporter's ID
  • Payment ID
  • Request to move payment ID to SID X (please provide the new supporter's ID)
