Revenue transactions added to the database do not have recognition credits created

When viewing a revenue transaction that was entered in Blackbaud CRM, recognition credits were not created when the system is set up to add recognition credits by default.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
