If you use Microsoft Word:

  1. Go to Mail, Membership Cards 
  2. On the General tab, Card Type field, select Create custom data file
  3. On the remaining tabs, enter the appropriate parameters
  4. On the Fields to Include tab, choose all merge fields to be included in the custom membership cards
  5. Select Send to Word merge wizard, and follow the prompts in the Mail Merge Wizard
 
If you are using another word processing program:
  1. Go to Mail, Membership Cards
  2. On the General tab, Card Type field, select Create custom data file
  3. On the remaining tabs, enter the appropriate parameters
  4. On the Fields to Include tab, choose all merge fields to be included in the custom membership cards
  5. Select Export
  6. Choose the appropriate export format and location of the data file. Be sure to mark the options to print header and Print Control Report checkbox.
  7. Merge the data file with the document
