• Reboot the server
    • Install the Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 on the workstation.
    • If the problem persists, copy the following files from the System32 folder of a properly functioning RE75 workstation to the System32 folder of the problem machine:

      msxml3.dll, msxml3r.dll and msxml3a.dll.
    • Once the files have been copied, register msxml3.dll.
    • If a properly functioning workstation is not available, reinstall Internet Explorer 6 from the \install\ie6 folder of the RE75/RE76 CD. To start the installation, run ie6setup.exe.
