When attempting to use the Synchronize PEO Configuration button in Administration - Sites & Settings.
No ConnectionString setting found in web.config with name '9736_88839316-c42c-4ace-8819-45570a3b9774'
The Patron Edge Online sync returned an error:
Data could not be saved. Server was unable to process request. ---> An error occurred authorizing the web service call: An Infinity authentication error has occurred: Error calling DataFormLoad web service: Unable to connect to the remote server url=http://server.blackbaudhosting.com/databaseid/AppFxWebService.asmx, dataformInstanceId=73b9c184-9297-486f-a0ad-77140e114c13 Unable to connect to the remote server
Verify the connectionstring in the bbappfx web.config file.
On the BBNC web server: 1. Go to ...\blackbaud\bbappfx\vroot 2. Open the web.config file (be sure to make a backup copy of the web.config file before making any changes) 3. Look for the connectionstring key 4. Verify the database name is correct in the web.config file.
