Recognition from Sales orders does not display in the results for the Constituent recognition credit amounts Smart field

Constituent Recognition Credit Amount smart field may not include any payments from events which are associated with sales order. May not work for scheduled or special event payments in sales orders. When adding a payment for an event through the back office, the payments are applied. 

This issue has been resolved in version 5.13. All sites have been updated in May 2019. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go into the Sales section, Daily Sales, and add a constituent as the patron
  2. Add a ticket for scheduled program to the order 
  3. Add a donation to the order
  4. Complete order 
  5. Go to Administration > Smart Fields > Add new smart field 
  6. Select smart field definition: Constituent Revenue application amounts 
  7. Name your smart field something you will remember 
  8. Go to Parameters tab
  9. Change Calculation type to Total gift amount 
  10. Check ALL revenue types 
  11. Save Smart Field
  12. Click on arrows next to your new smart field's name
  13. Click on "process smart field" 
  14. Now go back to the Constituent record
  15. Go to the revenue tab 
  16. Go to the revenue history sub tab
  17. Note that both the donation and ticket revenue shows up correct in revenue history
  18. Go to the Smart Fields Tab 
  19. See the smart field you created listed but it does not show the total revenue
