Error: your server connection may have been temporarily lost. You may need to click the refresh button or log in to the application again - when entering revenue in batch

When entering revenue in a batch, users may receive any of the following errors:

Your server connection may have been temporarily lost. You may need to click the refresh button or log in to the application again. 
Unable to successfully fetch batch rows. 
The operation has timed out.
 

 This was caused by the automatic recycling of the application pool after a custom DLL was loaded.
