This may occur for a variety of reasons due to security/trust setting on the local workstation or in the software applications.

The following steps may remove the error message by changing the export file format from The Raiser's Edge:
  1. In the software where the message is occurring, try to save the file in another version.
  2. Start the export again and review the file format. Change (and note) the format and complete the export. If the error occurs again, close the file and repeat the export until a format is found that does not produce the message.
  3. To specify a default export format in The Raiser's Edge, go to Tools > User Options > Export tab to set the default export format.
